I just absolutely LOVE these 2. I remember taking pictures of them at Melissa’s brother’s wedding 3 years ago when they looked so young and cute together. Since then they’ve been at multiple weddings I’ve shot and now it’s their turn. Melissa is incredibly sweet and Derek cracks me up. I had such a fun time with them and I can’t wait for their wedding in June.
I just realized I haven’t posted their engagement pictures yet – so I need to do that too. Emily & Nate were married back in April and I couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous day. Their reception was crazy and it was an incredible feeling for me to be surrounded by SO many people I knew from past weddings. I think there were 7 past brides and 2 for this year! It was awesome…
This year I decided to take on a little bit more senior work. In the past I’ve limited myself because I was sososo busy with weddings. This year I did the opposite and took on less weddings to free up more time to focus on my family and dig back into my roots with portrait work. anyway…blah blah blah =)
I wanted to post a few pics for the girls before I went on a much needed vacation with my husband. Emily brought a couple friends to have fun with us. I had to snag some shots of them too because they ALL are oh so fabulous.
